Note: We do not provide training to students who do not wish to be filmed.

4. Damage Responsibility (for Live Classes)
Students attending live in-person classes are fully responsible for any damage caused to the training venue, property, furniture, tools, or any other equipment provided for educational purposes.
In case of any damage, the student agrees to compensate for the cost of repair or replacement as reasonably assessed by the organiser.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful, professional learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund. Our classes and courses are designed to teach students personal methods of Vita Yarotska. No career, success or skill claims are guaranteed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a live (in-person or online) class, you must notify us via email info.vitayaro@gmail.com at least 7 days in advance.
Requests for rescheduling made within the 7-day period may not be accepted.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
4. Course Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that a class must be cancelled or postponed by Vita Yarotska (e.g., due to illness, emergency, or low enrollment), you will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to reschedule to another available date.
We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs associated with course attendance.
